A. It is the position of FBM that fantasy baseball is a game of skill and not chance. No consideration paid to FBM is to be used as the basis for any prize other than a de minimus recognition of achievement, such as a congratulatory email, or certificate.

B. The establishment of a separate monetary fund, outside the control and/or knowledge of FBM, shall not be permitted regardless of whether it is used to payout a prize or cash.

C. Any Owner having knowledge of a violation of this policy is charged with reporting the same to FBM.
