It’s estimated by the Fantasy Sports Trade Association that 16 million U.S. adults (18+) played fantasy sports in 2006 and 22 percent of U.S. adult males 18 to 49 years old, with Internet access, play fantasy sports. Fantasy Sports is estimated to have a $3-$4 Billion annual economic impact across the sports industry.

Fantasy Baseball most recently has been taken over by Fantasy Football as the number one Fantasy Sport. The main reason for this is because Football is played once a week and the schedule is so much shorter. Where as in baseball you must update your teams more often. In my opinion, Baseball is still my favorite.
